Bodil Harder is chief advisor in the Danish Energy Agency (DEA). She divides her time between Centre for Global Cooperation and Centre for Renewables. Since 2017 Bodil has been responsible for biogas projects in Mexico as a part of the Energy Partnership Program between Mexico and Denmark 2017 – 2020.
Until 2017, Bodil worked in DEA Center for Supply, where she was responsible for analysis, policy development, state aid and implementation of political decisions regarding biogas. She prepared proposals for the future biogas support system in Denmark and implemented sustainability criteria for biogas. From 2012-2015 Bodil was leading the so-called Biogas Taskforce promoting Danish biogas production through projects on different biogas challenges implemented together with industry associations, energy companies, NGOs and environmental authorities.
Before 2012, Bodil worked in the Danish Energy Technology Development and Demonstration Program and before that in the Danish Environmental Protection Agency.
