The Biogas Go Global stakeholders, The Danish Energy Agency, Agro Business Park and The Trade Council in North America have secured Danish involvement in this global network for methane reduction.
The Danish Energy Agency and Agro Business Park were to present Danish experiences at the Global Methane Forum 2020 in Genève, but the event was postponed to 2021 due to COVID19. We are now taking the first steps to arrange webinars where Danish biogas experiences will be shared.
The Global Methane Initiative (GMI) is an international public-private partnership focused on reducing barriers to the recovery and use of methane as a clean energy source. GMI’s 45 Partner Countries and more than 700 Project Network members exchange information and technical resources to advance methane mitigation in three key sectors: Biogas, Oil & Gas and Coal Mines.
